Platinum Guild International (PGI) is offering a contest that will allow consumers to vote for images of jewelry that could appear on Martha Stewart Weddings’ Facebook page.
Fans are invited to view a photo gallery of more than 80 designs on the PGI Facebook page, casting their votes via “likes.” The jewelry with the most likes by July 16 will be housed on the Martha Stewart Weddings Facebook page under Martha Stewart Weddings Fan Favorites.
“The experience allows consumers to directly influence which designs are showcased, offering a personal connection to a selection of unique platinum jewelry designs,” PGI said.
This contest is part of PGI’s program and goal to bring a fun and interactive jewelry experience to social-media centric consumers.
“Reaching today’s most technologically-savvy audience is about two things: originality and engagement,” PGI said. “This new generation of consumer is called the ‘millennials,’ and they are quite literally always connected through the Internet and social media. So the objective is to reach them in their environment.”
